Nice review, I owned a Yamaha Majesty 15 years ago. It was nice, but it seemed kinda bulky and cumbersome. This one looks a little more sporty. I've been looking to get one, maybe.
How much ml did you pour in?
I added until full I didn’t measure.
Do you have to get a license to be able to ride that nice scooter
Start the damn bike and ride. All that talking
what's your 0-60 on ideal conditions?
As far as time? lol, too flow to count but it’ll get there
@@nemanjatosovici guess more than 10 seconds?
@@dpapaioannow yeah probably 15-20, 0-60 isn’t quick however initial pick up is good, 0-15, 0-30 is brisk which in town is all you need.
I’m interested in the Sauce. I asked them if they’d addressed the easily chipped paint and they pretty much blew it off, saying they weren’t aware of any issue and MTB’s are expected to be chipped, anyway. 🙄
If you can live with the chips it’s a good bike. I’d probably go with the 7 speed, if you want a single speed, going chain is probably best route as it’ll cost a lot less for same or better quality.
Thanks for making this. Helped me a lot. Will be getting the Roughhouse 50 as my next bike.
The first time i rode a 150cc scoot i was riding a 750 honda shadow spirit. Funny thing is i was really impressed with the 150. Yeah it wasnt burn out powerfull but it did the job of getting around at highway speeds. I wouldnt mind buying one.
How much do you weigh?
165ish
If you buy this and lose the gas cap it will cost you over $100! Because they have to replace everything with a key, and the mechanic will not be cheap, 1 gas cap will cost you well over $100 that is unheard of, and even Roughhouse themselves has acknowledged this has a bad issue, so if you buy this bike know how to work on them or it gets expensive.
Great presentation! Thank you! Just bought my pre-owned 2014 Yamaha Zuma, and I am loving it!
I have a garage but it doesn´t have heating
That’s ok.
It's better looking than a PCX!
lose the music
I own a 200 CC Scooter
Tool sizes?
These casio make beeps every hour? i can't find this function
I have the same bike back but it’s smoking 😢😢
lol Sorry
Anything new to report at the 5 month of ownership? Is the single speed fairly usable or would you recommend getting 7 speed version? Thanks. 😃👍🏻
I’ll do an update in a week or two. Generally, it’s a decent bike, as I’ve said in the video the powertrain and design are its strong features, everything else is as expected for a bike in this price range, if this was a chain drive, I’d see this bike being priced around 400-500. As far as single vs the nexus set up, the biggest benefit to single is just the fact there’s nothing to it, if the nexus is really reliable and truly maintenance free, yeah, no brainer to get the 7 speed.
@@nemanjatosovic Yeah, not sure how reliable is the 7speed nexus, efficient, maintenance and cost if it fails.. looks like whole rear wheel would have to be replace if nexus fails. 🤔 also wondering if single speed would not be too rough on knees.
@@javierrodelo7352 it’s set up for cruising not speed so I don’t find it difficult to pedal, but your milage may vary. Do some research on the nexus, if there’s no issues, go for it. Otherwise, if you’re going single, idk, you’re probably better off going chain drive and getting a better quality frame.
Zdravo, u motor sipam Motul 5100 4T 10w40 ulje, da li isto to ulje mogu da sipam i kao ulje za transmisiju? Hvala
Cvt zahteva 10w30 ali ne mislim da će mu 10w40 naskoditi
I've heard of people buying 150cc scooters and sticking on 50cc engine decals to avoid licensing and insurance requirements.
Yap lol
Hey mate, this is a beauty do you have any link to buy it ?
The seat? You can try searching on eBay, just look for the comfort seat for a Yamaha Xmax
You can get it from Padgett's Motorcycles in the UK delivered to the US for $312. eBay sellers are charging an arm and a leg for Chinese comfort seats of varying quality.
Great knowledge of the top of ur head
What kind of Accent do you have?
Beloshan
Great review! Grabbing my 2023 next week, super excited. Thanks for the good work
Noticed you said you were getting a zuma. Just wonder do you have a problem with your knees interfering with the handlebar during turning.
I'm 5"10 and have not had any issues
@@chrishostetler3576 Cool. I’m a tad over 6’. I was just concerned that I’d be constantly moving my knees to turn the bars. Thx for the response.
I dont disagree with your assessment of the market for a 50cc scooter, but I'm wondering, these days, if an electric makes more sense for the person that's shopping for a 50cc scooter. There's even less maintenance, easy to "refuel", although they're a little more expensive...but in general if you're only going a couple of miles it may be a better option, especially not having to deal with a carburetor.
We don’t have many electric scooter options here, but I like them. If you needed something just to get around a small area, like 3-4 miles, even an electric bicycle would be a good option. There are models that can go as fast as 28 mph which is about the speed a 50 cc can achieve maybe a bit slower but you get other benefits, like ability to ride on bike paths, park anywhere etc. I have an ebike and the range is good too, on battery alone its range is up to about 25-30 miles and if I pedal lightly it can get over 50.
I’d hate to tell you but I bought mine brand new with 0 miles on it , tax, title, and license out the door 2,200 out the door
Thanks for telling me even though you hated it.
Thanks for the easy to follow instructions about how to activate the vibration mode. Your explanation was so much easier than the Casio booklet.
Kymco is a good choice ✌🏼 for the price I just to have the xciting 500cc 2005 and the People S 250cc for my wife but she never ride the 250 years ago and now I’m riding the C400 GT from BMW 🙌🏼🙏🏼 Love it Yamaha Xmax got a lot of aftermarket racing part I want one of those ✌🏼
I have this watch and the negative display one I love my CASIO watches
A very detailed review. Enjoyed. At how many km do you have to do the service? Thanks a lot bro.
How hard is it to swap motors and transmissions out in these things ; a lot of the 50CCs and 150CCs look like they might use the same transmission ?
It should be too hard but people generally either get a big bore kit or just go for higher cc. Swapping an engine will likely be a lot costlier and not worth it
@nemanjatosovic I was thinking when engines wear out but , Thanks , I'll keep that in mind !
@@Airon79 if well maintained these engines can last a long time. I wouldn’t worry about that
@nemanjatosovic Wait , are we talking about cars and trucks type of miles ?
@@Airon79 small displacement bikes, like a quality 50cc engine, you can get 50,000 miles out of them. Higher cc engines, like in my Xmax which is a 300cc, you can get 100,000 plus just like in a car.
The 50cc two-stroke is equivalent to a 100cc four-stroke in power , supposedly .
They can make about double the power compared to a 4 stroke with equivalent cc but generally I think a 4 stroke with double cc will be faster.
The X looks like a smooth ride
For sure
Do you have any roundabouts in your city? If you do, can you plz make a video of you going around one if you are comfortable with doing that
I do lol I can
@@nemanjatosovic Thx man it would be super helpful to me
To be honest my zip 2T 50cc is more thirsty than 125 uk110 4T ,i don know why ,is that normal>??
It’s not unusual, depends how the car is tuned and how it’s ridden.
THANKS,i konw nothing about carb tuning,,,@@nemanjatosovic

This channel is so important to the scooter world, thanks for the video.
Lol thanks. Let me know if there’s stuff you’d like me to go over. I’d be happy to.
So you have the CityGrip Pros on the 50cc? I can tell by the treads though I could be wrong.....
I believe both were kendas
Nice video
Your scooter always looking new
lol I try to keep good care of it
Is the room underneath the same or less with this seat?
Same, not much difference in the design underneath
Good review. Suggest you drop the music.
I do it on my phone so sometimes when I split the clips I forget to turn the music down. I’ll do a 1000 mile update in a week or so.
Kinda looks like an x max tech max seat. What was the cost nem?
Yeah, it’s the same seat that comes with the tech max editions. Sadly we don’t get the tech max here. I got it for 100 plus 100 to ship. Guy who bought it has a 2023 Xmax and it would fit as the bucket design was changed. Online, they are pricey, anywhere between 450-550 usd
@nemanjatosovic 2021 x max was metallic blue. The gray color x.max is boring. Overseas they have a yellow one that has yellow lines. Looks like it's from the movie "tron".
Thank you. I did 23000 flawless kilometers with my xmax300 2019. I'm retired and looking forward to the day that you do a review on the obd2 scanner, although I hope it would not be necessary to get in that situation.
He teaching but doesn't want people to learn that's why turning on the music too loud
